“Develop & Delineate  ” Bachelor Studio Project

The project proposes the creation of new generous residential living spaces incorporates with a big mid-level canopy, which represents the idea of a vertical garden, without disturbing an existing building in the site.

The proposal resolved the problems of the green space in Melbourne CBD, to combine the idea of residential and garden in such a high-density city.

 

The project is designed through a process of the intensive programme, it integrates with the concepts of luxury and affordable apartment, and how they combine in the same building? This proposal has different types of apartment plan for rich and relatively poor tenants, they are different interns of the space, sunlight position and accessibility. However the communal space is at the mid-podium level, with the extended space outward the building, it creates more space for the vertical garden and swimming pool and gym, all of the programmes are shared to luxury and affordable apartment.
