“ARCTEC ” Bachelor Technology Project

The project proposes a long-span structure within the ice rink building. The documentation of the building is the focal point in this proposal, for example, detailed plan and detailed section. The symmetry and gothic rib vault ideas construct the framework of the building, which allows the tension and compression share equally to the long span structure. The structure of the building referenced the precedents of Vaillant Arena in Switzerland, and incorporate with the section details of the building and the physical model, which explain how does it build from all of the details.
